Madness Lab is a runner-style arcade game that mixes exploration and challenge. You play as a quirky “minion” brought into a mad scientist’s lab to go through random challenges.
You pick a minion from the list of available minions at the start. As you play, you can unlock other minions, each with its own look and powers.
Then, the minion will be taken to a series of test chambers. There are rooms where you have to dodge obstacles, rooms where you have to fly, rooms where you have to swim, and rooms where you have to move things quickly to get through.
You pick up coins as you move through the chambers. You may use these monies to unlock more minions or improve the ones you already have to make them work better, look better, or score better.
Depending on the test room, the controls can change: there are rooms where you need to tap to jump, hold to fly, and swipe to avoid obstacles.
