Blacktop Police Chase is a racing game in which the player controls a getaway vehicle. The main mission is to pick up a bank robber, go along the green line, and get him into the hideout before your vehicle gets destroyed. In the low-polygon 3D city environment, there are many roads available for your exploration: from the roads in the middle of the city to the docks, parks, streets, bridges, and locations around the monorail.
Arriving at the destination point isn't enough to keep following instructions. Police cars will chase you, and their behavior depends on the pursuit level, which grows the longer you are on the road. There are six different levels of the police cars' reaction; therefore, the longer you stay in the car, the harder it becomes to make an escape.
Any crash damages your vehicle; hence, you should drive carefully. Avoid unnecessary crashes and take advantage of the city environment.
Coins found around the city are additional motivators for exploration when escaping. Bring your money to the garage and spend it on increasing your garage's number of cars. 12 cars can be unlocked, each having different parameters such as speed, grip, weight, and health.
Also, you can customize your car using one of the 12 color choices, which will allow you to change its look.
