Goat Rampage puts the player in the shoes of an odd-looking goat that is intent on turning an entire voxel city upside down by ramming into everything it sees. The player has to guide the goat as it charges from one end of the city to another, avoiding police cars, robots, and other foes and picking up coins along the way.
A lot of fun comes in the form of destructible environments that include vehicles and buildings that the goat will have to run headfirst into. Other objects can be hit by the goat. With strange physics behind them, the impacts are always unexpected and entertaining.
With Turbo activated, the goat will run faster and will be able to knock down any obstacle in its way. Instead of using the feature constantly, players should use it only when there are enemies all around or when the goat needs to charge into something to clear its way.
The game becomes more difficult because of the approach of police and other opponents. Be quick in your turns and move from one side to another. Collision with any chaser will instantly end your race, so it may not be the best idea.
Coins are everywhere in the city, and even more coins come from broken things. Collect as many as you can on each level and earn new characters. The choice, like pigs and bulls, gives different qualities to the character.
Goat Rampage features a combination of endless running, exploration, breaking things, and chasing. Make sure you keep running, break all obstacles you come across, use turbo cautiously, and avoid any enemies. Every run offers another chance to beat your personal record and unlock something new.
